The Brief
The Health & Life Sciences team at Salesforce came to us with an exciting product launch, Life Sciences Cloud. They wanted to compete strongly in the life sciences CRM space and win clients like Pfizer and Fidia. The team wanted to show clients and potential clients the unique value that Salesforce brings, which is smarter AI, knowing how to actually utilize collected data, and valuing trust as an anchor. They had a very quick turnaround for the product and campaign launch, the sizzle reel, and the OOH ads to be displayed across the US and Spain.
The Challenge
One of the challenges was to create a campaign that spoke to all 3 subsets of industries within life sciences - medical, clinical, and commercial. Also making sure to clearly show a competitive advantage and unique offering that set itself apart from other CRM companies that life sciences companies were already using and fairly comfortable with. Making the tight turnaround launch date with a strong campaign that effectively emoted uplifting and exciting new horizons, was also an important need.
The Solution
Life Sciences Without Limits. We focused our campaign launch on the limitlessness of Life Sciences Cloud. With other CRMs, there’s only so much that your data can do for you, and the systems are outdated, using AI that’s not integrated and not utilizing its full potential. With Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, you can be limitless as we help push the industry forward into the future. The design has a bold and unapologetic, futuristic look and feel, giving it the gravitas and anthemic introduction it needed to “wow” clients into adopting the product and seeing it as the clear winner in the landscape.
The Impact
Life Sciences Cloud was launched in June 2024 and quickly turned heads across the US and made a splash in Spain during the Veeva Commercial Summit (the product’s biggest competitor). The product quickly gained attention and trust, and Salesforce won big clients they were after - Pfizer, Fidia, Takeda, AstraZeneca, and more.

We explored a range of ideas before landing on “Life Sciences Without Limits.” The idea of performance and innovation-forward thinking was strong as well. And exploring the importance and difference of having connected data was also a consideration in the process of evaluating messaging.
